Returns Policy

We hope you’re happy with your purchase from The Mattress Topper Company, but if you decide it isn’t right for you can return or exchange unwanted items.

Every product has a minimum of 28 days for you to return or exchange. Please note that all refunds will be made back to the original tender type.

Also note that items must:

• Be unused and in their original condition (including all packaging and tags intact).

• Have proof of purchase such as receipt or order confirmation. Without proof of purchase, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
