Returns Policy
We hope you’re happy with your purchase from The Mattress Topper Company, but if you decide it isn’t right for you can return or exchange unwanted items.
Every product has a minimum of 14 business days for you to return or exchange from date of delivery. Please note that all refunds will be made back to the original tender type.
Also note that items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition (including all packaging and hygiene tags intact).
- Have proof of purchase such as receipt or order confirmation. Without proof of purchase, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
- Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm on 0333 577 0411, to return your product please call us and we can help you with the returns process.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and should arrange their own shipping to return products
- We will process refunds as soon as we receive the returned product, however refunds may be subject to processing times of the recipient's bank or payment provider in 30 business days from date of return request.
Seriously Comfortable Toppers 100 Night Trial
At The Mattress Topper Company, all Seriously Comfortable toppers have a 100 night comfort trial period. Sleep on your new mattress topper for up to 100 nights in your own home and if you’re not completely satisfied you can return it to us for a full refund of your purchase price. Call 0333 577 0411 to request an exchange or refund.
If you would like to exchange your Seriously Comfortable product you can do that too. Our customer service representative will suggest the best alternative model and explain the exchange process. Exchanged products are not covered by our 100 night comfort guarantee.
